iMax Thor - WOW...O...WOW

My husband took me to see the movie 'Thor' at our local iMax theatre. All I can say is...AWESOME !!

I found this review about the film. It worth reading.

Check out the Thor film trailer here.

I found out that Thor was portrayed as a clean shaved character in comic books. I personally do not remember any, but my husband does. Guess those were a Guy Thing! When the filmmakers did camera tests, it was decided that a beard would make Chris Hemsworth look more like the Norse God he was portraying.

For a while Galisteo, New Mexico was surely a HOT SPOT. The film's production crew built a whole town there. (We were given eye glasses that made us feel like we were IN the town and IN the film!) Go see the film - the special effects are outstanding!

Forget about 'shedding pounds' to look better, Chris Hemsworth put ON 30 pounds for his role. Every pound I saw looked great!! His diet consisted of chicken, eggs, brown rice, and protein drinks.

The "Loki" character was played by Tom Hiddleston, who had originally auditioned for the role of Thor - putting on 20 pounds! When cast roles were changed by Kenneth Branagh (the director), Tom's diet to loose the 20 pounds and stay thin were achieved while his training included the Brazilian martial art capoeira.

OK, I liked the film - you figured that out, right? In my mind, I see store shelves & clothing racks full of Thor products. I heard leaving viewers commenting that they would start looking for Thor sutff NOW...before Christmas! Boy the new Super Wallyworld being built nearby will be ready just in time. Feels Good To Be Home

I got off my night job at 2:30am - was glad too, I had been getting sleepy. Now that I am home, I decided to do some ad clicking.

There were 7 ads at ClixSense...most $0.01 each. Of course I clicked them.

Then I headed over to WordLinx...6 ads there and I got them.

I saw an animal run across a county road tonight - think it was a coyote. Not sure though since it was too far away and moving fast. I have seen a coyote while driving the county roads, so maybe it was one.

OK, my eyes hurt and the Highlander tv program is almost over. Time to go to bed.
